How do I embed crystal report designer in application ?

is there any way to embed Crystal Report Designer into C# application or is even possible ?

Can this be achieved with other reporting tools ?

Does anyone know?

What I have tried:

I know RAS for CR But we can't design the report as we can in the designer can we ?

I haven't heard about an alternative tool to crystal report.

Reports don't appear out of thin air. I get the impression you've never worked on a CR report, or you would know what the life cycle required; whether it was local / onsite (e.g a laptop with a dev env) or remote (you download the report to work on it, etc).

RDLC should work fine - you just need to install report builder[^].
