I've found at least three references that say they are in
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies
I have no AppData folder in my username folder.

What I have tried:

Looked at at least three websites that all say the same thing.

AppData is a hidden folder, You can navigate to it with the full pathname as above, or use the View -> Hidden Items checkbox in Windows Explorer to make it visible.

Thanks Richard. I got to my AppData\Roaming\Windows folder but there is no Cookies file or folder there. Any ideas where else it might be?

Depends on the browser: Where are cookies stored in Windows 10 for all major browsers?[^]
Do bear in mind that most browsers (every one I know of, anyway) stores them in an encrypted database, so finding the file probably won't help you ...
