I having a matrix ssrs table which looks like this

I wanted to check the count increased from yesterday date to todays date >10 or <10 if > 10 % then fil the rows with green else red

please help me out I tried all other ways but nothing worked.

What I have tried:

I tried to use dynamic query but it gives dynamic column so not able to pass the colour logic and now I using union to my data then in ssrs I tried running function but not able to find the exact solution.
