How can I retrieve a file that I have asked a user of my site to upload?

I would like to ask users to send me MP3 files on SHopify. How can I code this.

What I have tried:

I tried using the Fetch command but I don't understand a thing about it haha

Why don't you ask a forum of SHopify users ?
