Hey much respected IT sisters and brothers,

I have to send a daily mail with information from different listitems in Sharepoint to related team-members associated with these items. Is this possible? I have no Outlook365 account.

Case 1:
An Admin makes a to-do action for a department or a team-member.
At this moment a mail should be send to department members or a specific team member.

Case 2:
There is a list with to-do actions.
Everyday some process should check which items are NOT done and send an overview of these items to department members or a team member. And this process should send a specific reminder to a team member if her/his action is not completed.

What I have tried:

I tried using Power Automate but it expects an Outlook365 account

It appears the email notification (V3) action can do this, but there is a limit on the number of emails you can send in a 24hr period
