Run postgresql scripts from folder location

i have Postgresql DB scripts in different folders based on schema such as

folder 1 => Sequences , Tables , Scripts
folder 2 => Sequences , Tables , Scripts

Sequences , Tables , Scripts are folders where actiol scripts exist. Now i want to write a powershell script or any other script which matches requrement to run the scripts from the above folders sequencially in Postgresql. Can someone pls help me with this.

What I have tried:

tried using batch script but only for one record
