hi, i have a work laptop, I am new in sql server, sometimes i have to work from home, how can i connect my work server from home, like compnayname.server,

can anyone help me, also how can i connect remote report server,

You're going to have to ask your work IT how to do it.

The server could be exposed directly to the internet (bad idea!), or you might have to go through a VPN to get back into the work network (most likely), or you might have to use some proxy.
