How to in android to save a gridview with changed from user?

How to in Android to save a gridview when exit and open again a application? Gridview is changing by a user on a phone. Please help me.

What I have tried:

I'am missing to is doing with method onResume, but i'am don't know how to save GridView.

I think "resume" applies to "waking"; not to an app that has been "exited". You need to save the gridview data and restore the gridview when asked; after exiting and "opening again".
