I am looking for a .NET template to start a product used for scheduling meetings.

The project is mainly a scheduler. The data is already in a SQL Server database.
The project schedules meetings. A meeting is waiting to be scheduled, is scheduled or complete.
After a meeting is complete N number of PDF are scanned and associated with the meeting.
Scheduling a meeting can be somewhat complex. Certain people have conflicts with other people. People have dates they are not available. A person cannot be in two rooms at once…
I am looking for a .Net template to start the solution. The template can be either web or client based.

Thank you for your suggestions.

What I have tried:

The task is currently being done in a combination of MS Word and Excel.

You're not going to find a template for something so specific.

Also, this isn't a "hire a programmer" site. Try Freelancer.com, but be warned, you get what you pay for.

I suggest you post your project on a site where you can hire someone. This site is for asking specific questions about code you have written.

Also, if you already have data in the database I would not even bother trying to find a template. You need to have someone just write the code for you.

Do not expect to find such specific template.
I highly suggest to hire a seasoned programmer because such project is not for beginner.
Preferably, choose a company near your place if the project matters to you.
Choose a company near you instead of an individual because a company is usually more reliable than an individual in another continent.
