Hello, I want to create a table format according to my sql queries with the reporting tool and show the reporting results.
How can I create a report by drawing a view and giving the parameter with a sql query?

It's a console app then? I guess you need some courses is "some sort of reporting program", some sort of SQL (MySql, SQL server, etc)

No web application, and when the button is clicked, I want to show the html design and the data I have taken with sql query.

IF you are creating a web application and want to make simple reports DataTables.net is a good free tool for you it has export to Excel pdf and csv attribute column filter and a lot more.
