Can someone explain how do I create a smart_bot class that inherits from the chatbot class?

the chatbot class is:
C++
class Chatbot
{
private:
   string name;
public:
   Chatbot(const string& name)
   : name(name)
   { }

   // Name of this Chatbot
   string get_name() const {
       return name;
   }

   // Give a string to this chatbot.
   virtual void give_msg(const string& s) = 0;

   // Get a string from this chatbot.
   virtual string get_msg() = 0;

   // virtual destructor
   virtual ~Chatbot() { }
};

class Smart_bot: public Chatbot
{
    // write the code here
}

I am at my wit's end here

What I have tried:

I don't know how to do it. I have seen answers from CodeProject but it's difficult for me to mold the code in the way I want it...If someone can just tell me the way how to create a database and access it, I'll be able to do the rest.

While we are more than willing to help those that are stuck, that doesn't mean that we are here to do it all for you! We can't do all the work, you are either getting paid for this, or it's part of your grades and it wouldn't be at all fair for us to do it all for you.
And frankly, that code looks like a template your teacher gave you to fill in and you haven't done anything yourself yet. That's probably wrong, but there is no sign in your question of any effort by you.
So we need you to do the work, and we will help you when you get stuck. That doesn't mean we will give you a step by step solution you can hand in!
Start by explaining where you are at the moment, and what the next step in the process is. Then tell us what you have tried to get that next step working, and what happened when you did.

If you are having problems getting started at all, then this may help: How to Write Code to Solve a Problem, A Beginner's Guide[^]

Best is to use SQLite. Read some SQL tutorial to get started.

Read also this inheritance tutorial to be understand what it can do. This tutorial site is excellent for learning C++.
