Khmer unicode not working in crystal report

I am using the Khmer Unicode L1 font version 1.00 using in crystal report. The fonts are display in my local but after uploading to server not working showing the square boxes.
using visual studio 2015 and crystal report 13.
please let me know how to resolve.
