I have problem with my website which I cannot open it and my server from AWS

I created a server in AWS then I bought a domain name from AWS then I got the SSL certificate in Thursday my website was working fine as https website but now it does not work and I have been struggling with and trying for 3 hours like here in the image
note my server is linux

What I have tried:

I tried to change the security group, I changed the load balancer and I rebooted the server

We can't help you - you are signed up for Amazon though, and they do provide AWS support: Support Technology and Programs for AWS | AWS Support[^]

They will have access to your account and domain details, which we will not.
