How to listmonth names dynamically

What I have tried:

i am doing unpviot but months are dynamic and not getting how to get dynamic months in unpviot query

To generate that result, there must be a query which is doing a dynamic PIVOT on some source data. It would probably be easier to go back to the source data instead of trying to UNPIVOT the results of that query.
