First person controller not working in unity remote

HI,
I want to test my fps controller game with unity3d, but when connected to remote the character controller head rotation is not working neither in remote device or pc. how to fix this? any help will be grateful. Using unity 3d Version 2020.1.1f1 Unity Remote 5

What I have tried:

General UI buttons with main camera is working in Unity Remote5, but when we put the character controller neither the ASWD keys or the head rotation(in pc with mouse or in android remote) both are not working.
