I know its a weird question, but is there any CSS styling HTML that could make the resolution of the website change to be lower? I know there probably isn't but just in case im gonna post this question.

What I have tried:

I haven't tried anything because I don't know where to start.

Websites don't have any kind of resolution per se, so your question doesn't make sense. You can, however, make changes to the layout based on the size of the client area the site is displayed in.

Set media queries for different devices - Create Web Page Layouts With CSS - OpenClassrooms[^]
