Hello friends,

I would like to know if the following scenario is feasible.
We have two sets of cell numbers (A,B), both have opted on GPS.
Is it possible for one number of set A,(A1) to send a message ONLY to numbers of set B that are close (geographically) to A1?
The geolocation does not have to be accurate.

Thank you in advance

I'm working on an idea of an app, based on that
Any info would be appreciated.

What I have tried:

I haven't try anything yet
And I have to admit I'm not tech savvy.

You're going to have to ask your SMS provider if they supply geofencing services for SMS messaging.
