HI All

I am an embedded software engineer, and through out the years I have used many IDEs at work.

However, I have a few embedded Evaluation boards at home and I want to tinker with them

I have an:

* Infineon XMC-2Go kit running an ARM-Cortext M0
* STM32F429 Discovery Kit with ARM M4
* And recently I was given a silicon labs Gecko kit at work

Does anyone know of an IDE that will support different manufacturers with the least amount of config to support new ones?

I have used Eclipse IDE but is there a better one?

Thanks

What I have tried:

I have tried Eclipse IDE, and it seems to support large code base but the interface and settings options are just horrid.

I have also tried ARM Keil but without a licence it will support limited code size, same with Code::Blocks and Embedded ARM from Segger

Of good, cheap and fast, you only get to pick 2.
