What is best approach for UI control based access rights in WPF

Dear Friends

I want to implement UI control based Access Rights in WPF. My application has different level of Users i.e. Manager, Purchaser, Seller etc.

I want to give access to PurchaseForm only to Purchaser and SaleForm to Seller.

Please guide me what will be best approach ?
