How can I set extended file attributes (tags, comments, ..) in a mp4 file with VBA

I would like to read and change values of extended file attributes (Title, Subject, Rating, Tags, Comments) of videos files (mp4) using VBA

What I have tried:

I thought, I find it in the Microsoft Scripting Runtime (scrrun.dll), which doesn't seem to be the case´...what library do I need then?

VBA is for use inside Microsoft Office products. You will need to check the documentation to see what external functions it has access to.
