I want to send receive a audio stream on my pc and put that data into windows virtual mic.
Basically I want replicate WO MIC's application stack but I want to understand every single part of the design.

What I have tried:

I have built the client part which is android app that sends PCM encoded raw audio data to a java server I built on my pc and that is working fine i can even play the audio through speakers but I don't know how to put that audio data into input of virtual mic so other apps can use that live audio.

What are the 'other apps'?

for Example voice chat in video games such as PUBG or FORTNITE
