Most people say stat with Discrete Maths , Linear Algebra , Calculus , But I am confused what should I even start with ?

I would say it depends. For basic DSA/ML, if you are a prograamer, you should be able to grasp and move on quickly with decent enough Maths that you would mostly know. Only when you want to go deep into them, you would need much more specialized maths skills to really understand the details behind.

I would suggest a better starting point is to study some articles and research papers on machine learning to see what other people are doing.
