How to display data from combobox VB6 to crystal report 8.5

Hi, i have problem with to display data from 3 combo box VB6 to Crystal Report 8.5. For example: Combobox1 has Siti Aminah, Abu Bin Ali, Hashim Bin Hasan.
So when i click on Siti Aminah, i want it display in crystal report.

I really need help on this. Thanks in advance

What I have tried:

i had tried using report comment before however its work on one combo box only

It might be added that you are working with a dinosaur using VB6, it has been buried for 22 years. I did notice that it still ranked in coding languages test still, but I would suggest you move away and start with VB.NET rather.
