i use Emgu.CV.Face.FaceRecognizer for recognition faces.
but,Recognition accuracy is very low, and if a person is defined, he or she will identify other people who are not defined as the person we have already defined (if he or she must be anonymous).

Deep neural networks are more accurate and reliable.

Please introduce a project that includes complete and functional C # codes. I could not find the source of the Windows Form project.
