I just recently bought new server, private VPS cloud. It have new IP and I have added a list of 'dummy demo emails' in my Acyba extension installed in cpanel account Joomla.
Now whatever I tried to config, dkim, spam test etc...it always send email to spam.

What I have tried:

I tried to send just a recommended template no spam images or links etc...or any type of "!" signs ...just all, how come it comes to spam always?
I sent the same template email from my gmail and it never go to spam..!

I can not use gmail as it is limited to 500 and I need to send like 10,000 emails daily.

What should I do? cpanel never answered me on this :(

There's no functionality like "send to spam". Emails sended from some services/accounts may be treated as a spam due to several reasons. See: Email spam - Wikipedia[^]

Spam is detected by a variety of means, all of which are dependant on the recipient: for some, it's the Source domain / IP, for some it's the content, or the subject, or the source domain is not recognised, ... or a combination of all or any of those.

There is no one reason why mail would go to spam - for example, everything from any Russian domain goes direct to spam on my system because I told it to years ago and you can't fine tune past that as it's a "hard and fast" rule in my email client app.

I'd try sending a plain text, no url, no image, HTML turned off, bland content message and see if that gets through. If it doesn't, then it's probably the source domain. If it does, there is still no guarantee that the next recipient will receive it ...
