Is there any good tutorial for install pycharm?

I keep having error when installing package in my pycharm and I want to reinstall it. or is there any good software for writing AI coding?

What I have tried:

pycharm python visual c++. any other good software to use

orginally I got code 1 errorand said I did not install visual C++ 14.0 version. than I install the visual studio and then it said I cannot run simple C. I tried to can't even install the pandas and matplotlib package, So I uninstall both python and pycharm yesterday. Wanna see if there is any installation walk thru so that I can install in a right way for packages installation
