Our work includes data entry wherein words or phrases needs to be copied from a list in a PDF or Word format to another file.

I want to explore options to minimize the use of keybiard shorcut keys and maximize the mouse Left button.

Example: Copy the words "Dragon Fruit" using one left button mouse click from 'File A.pdf' and paste to 'File B.txt'.

File A.pdf

Fruit List:
Apple
Avocado
Banana
Dragon Fruit
Mango
Strawberry
Water Melon

What I have tried:

Pdf, word. Excel. I haven't tried incorporating macros as I have no programming background. I can only image to convert the PDF to a html file or keep it in Word document.
