TFS 2019 build and release issue

Hi,

I have done these step :
a) Prepare new dedicated server.
2. Download TFS 2019 from Microsoft site.
3. Installed "Advanced" version.
4. Created new repo and commit changes throug TFS.
5. Added new agent through suggested by standared.
6. There are "Default Interation" auth type while adding new agent.
8. Created new build with "ASP.NET" template that giving below issue.

Facing below issue:
a)
##[Error 1]
No agent found in pool Default which satisfies the specified demands:
msbuild
visualstudio
vstest
Agent.Version -gtVersion 2.115.0

can any body suggest me?

thanks in advance!

What I have tried:

If I select "Empty Template" then able to get build scucceed.
but I need to select "ASP.NET" that giving issue.
