How to insert local image in Google sheet using VB.NET or C#

I am asking this question from my mobile, so i have not any code of insert to google sheet. Please anybody give me code or any solution, then i will try to complete this problem.

What I have tried:

All string data load succesfully but i haven't enough knowledge how to save image in google sheet through vb.net.

Yes , its possible but for that you need to fire google API first to upload image from your drive to server and then to workbook
