on clicking launcher icon of my netbeans-11.2, it starts but suddenly stops by itself.
on launching the netbeans-11.2 from command prompt the same problem occurs, and shows the following error.

The launcher has determined that the parent process has a console and will reuse it for its own console output.
Closing the console will result in termination of the running program.
Use '--console suppress' to suppress console output.
Use '--console new' to create a separate console window.
WARNING: package com.sun.tools.javadoc.main not in jdk.javadoc
can't open C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-13\lib\tzmappings.

What I have tried:

Uninstall, reboot, then reinstall (new download).

I have reinstalled it 4 times but still getting same error..

This is not the problem !
You must read the message completely.
The error is:

Illegal format in tzmappings file: illegal non-newline character found at line 17, offset 15.

You are given file name and position.
