how to compare 2 images in VBA. and then show how many percent from before and after image captured. thanks in advance

What I have tried:

VB Helper: HowTo: Compare two images to find differences greater than a threshold value in VB .NET[^]
im try this but this is VB

Depends on what you mean by "comparing images". Comparing images is not trivial task, especially by using VBA.

Check this out: Image comparison & recognition with VBA[^]. This should be good enough for start.

Widzę że jesteś z PL więc odpowiem tak Przy użyciu userform program ma :
- wybieram 2 zdjęcia w BMP ( to mam już zrobione)
- przyciskam "porównaj"
- program pokazuje w image3 obraz z zaznaczonymi na czerwono pikselami różniącymi się
