Hi,

I created a .net program in visual studio which runs locally in my company and stores data in an access database. I have been using crystal reports to create summaries and graphs of the data stored in the database, but I find the reports to be very limited in terms of the type of report it produces, the quality and the possible user interactions.

There's a lot of project data stored in my database with timesheets and due dates, I'd like to have a report which places the projects on a calendar with their deadlines, and when you mouse over the project bar you could for instance see the time spent on the projects, and you could have a vertical line representing today's date. It would be like a Gantt Chart, but without all the complicating milestones, just a start and end date; and you could drill-down each project by double clicking the project bar as well as show other related information.

Thanks for the help!

Fred

What I have tried:

I've tried using crystal reprorts graphs but they are very static in terms of drill down possiblities and user interactions!
