i mean if i have some data in cd rom. and if i give that cd to other person. they shouldn't able to copy the content of the cd. so how can i write c# code for it..??

This is not a well framed question! We cannot work out what you are trying to do/ask from the post. Please elaborate and be specific.
Use the "Improve question" link to edit your question and provide better information.

It is not related to C#. Write to you disk: "Copyright © 2012, 2013 by pajju1992". This defines you copyright, nothing else. As doubt you understand what "copyright" is, please see:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright[^].

However, you should understand that the real notion itself implied by this term varies from country to country. None of the meaning is related to C# programming. :-)

Have you tried to do anything yourself? Or to look for it in the Internet?

If not this would be a good start for your research into copy protection methods.
