Limiting the content size of Richtextbox wpf?

I want to restrict user to enter a limited size of content in richtextbox.
So it may work like a page. When the content reaches the end of page it does not allow user to insert more content(including images or any UIContent).

it only limits text input. I want to limit every input content images,videos etc.
