is there any easy way to convert picture to text in vb6

What I have tried:

I create two picture first picture I saved in it image that I want to convert it to text and the second picture I saved in it the letters and I convert the two pictures to binary array and I tried to compared the two binary array but it's don't solve the problem

Your question sounds like you are looking for OCR (Optical Character Recognition)[^], but really can't tell what your doing by the contents you provided.

If OCR is what you need to do, and you are in a VB6 environment; Google has plenty if you simply search for OCR VB6[^]
