Delphi - actionmainmenubar categories position

Hi,

I'm creating ActionMainMenuBar with Categories dynamically and everything working fine BUT as ActionMainMenuBar align is alBottom when press button with categories they show up below ActionMainMenuBar. It will always try show them below if enough space.

Is there any way to set categories position in ActionManager or ActionMainMenuBar
to be above

RAD Studio 10.1

P.S. the sam thing is with ToolBar etc
