Is it possible to create more than one SQL failover in one windows cluster

I need to know if it is supported to create two or more SQL Server failover cluster installation on the same Windows Cluster?

What I have tried:

I am checking online forums but most of the answers are about creating a failover cluster.

If a single database is in more than one fail over cluster, then they are by definition all the same cluster.

No different databases, but is it supported to have to SQL Failover clusters?
