How do I change CCL fomart to mp4

hi
i bought some educational video and the company send me some file that had "CCL" format (Like:"part12.mp4.ccl") . they also send me a video player that belong the company and they made it . the player can be active in on pc system (license).

This player can open and play file "part12.mp4.ccl" video with perfect quality .
i want to see these file on another PC but as is said , player can active only on 1 system .

What I have tried:

i tried to screen recording while the videos playing in this player but it's record black screen with sound . (i tried bandicam . ZD screen recorder ) .
also i removed "CCL"letters by renaming the file ("part12.mp4") and no Regular players can't open that.

is there any way that i can change the file to regular mp4 or at least a recorder that can break this player and record normal ?

Probably your only solution is to go back to the company and ask them: it's their intellectual property and they are protecting it.

We are not here to help people bypass legitimate security; heck, many of us are producing software which is protected by legitimate security!

Go back to the company, and explain your problem: they may give (or sell) you a licence to use the material on a second machine.
