How to put each cluster in a single image?

I want to do image fragmentation for a football game in c #. I used k-mean and then got 4 clusters. How can I get 4 images of it (from histogram)? image of (team A only, team B only, ball and referee).

What I have tried:

I have no idea to start with it, could you give me a link or anything that could help me.
