Following the procedure in [DELETED] I tried to install IIS 7 on my CPU. My CPU uses Windows 7 Enterprise. After the installation, I typed http://localhost/" on IE, and the IIS7 Welcome displayed. Then I re-started my CPU. However, in my Computer Management panel, NO IIS is found. I wonder what step I have missed in the installation. Thanks if you can help on this issue.

After checking on Management Tools. The IIS displays on the Service & Application folder. Thanks for your review.

Sounds like you forgot to install the IIS Management Console:
