The obvious solution is to supply the correct parameter. No one could possibly tell you how to fix this because we cannot possibly see your code, your project or, most importantly, read your mind.

You haven't given any information about how you are signing the assembly which is going to make it pretty much impossible to get any help with the issue. Edit your question and supply the missing information.

How are you signing the .dll? Using Visual Studio or by using sn.exe from the command line? Are you using .snk or .pfx keys?
