Crystal reports keep adding 1 at the end on my SQL database table name

everytime i want show a reports from CrystalReport it says my table name could not be found example my table name was karyawanrivet_a but everytime i make a connection it added 1 at the end of the table so my table become karyawanrivet_a1 and the reason that my table couldnt be found is because CR changed my tables name so how do i fix this anyone?

ive tried so many things , searched on the internet and still happening
