How to change an image in team block of mobirise techm4?

Hello, everyone. I'm using the Mobirise and I have an issue. I've bought their new template TechM4. It's impossible to change the photo of the team member in the team block. Maybe someone knows how to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.

What I have tried:

I changed the name in the code and added my own image to the folder. But it didn't help.

Solution 1

You should talk to the people who created it - they should provide technical support and will know more about their product than we will. If they don't, then find another supplier and demand your money back!
