is there any open source for getting city, country, locations, langitute, latitude, zipcode from IP address..?

if so, it will be help me a lot...

You may download the .NET component at IP2Location .NET and use it with the free LITE BIN database at http://lite.ip2location.com. A DB9.LITE database shall fit your requirement.

Alternatively, you may also get the library from Nuget
