How Do I Publish a Site Built With VWD 2010 Express?

OK, so I've been to the MSDN site and all the articles I've read all say that there is no Publish menu for the Express edition. Does anyone know of a suitable work around for getting my VWD 2010 Express site published? Preferably something with step-by-step instructions.
