firefox css loads wrong initially but loads ok after reload

Hi i have created a site www.ashantigold.ie
works fine in all browsers except firefox.
Works ok on my local machine also works on some other computers / laptops i have tried it on but on some computers when accessing it in firefox the css positioning moves all over the place.
But when you reload the page it loads in fine.
I have searched google i have tried a few things from scrollbar fix to setting height to 101% in page still same problem.I am not sure if its a resolution/ view port problem or just bad coding.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated i am about to loose the rest of my hair here trying to solve this

Solution 1

Run a validator over your page. Start at http://validator.w3.org[^] and a CSS validator it refers you to. Also, clear your browser cache to avoid confusion.
