How to get Received file size in orchestration

Sir,

I am getting received file name use of this method eg..inmsg(File.ReceivedFileName);
I have two question -

1. But how to get Received Flat File Size in Orchestration.
2. My flat file has 42 fields. But if received file has less or more fields than 42 fields. file processed, but i want if received file has not 42 field then file not processed inside my orchestration.

Please solve my problem. its urgent. my flat file is a pipe delimited file.
