Hi,

I wants to create a forum website in asp.net. But i have confusion and all those point confuse me is mention below:-

1. Only registered user can participate in that forum.
2. Post is checked by moderator or directly shown in the forum.
3. whether AJAX is necessary to show the post after submit.(i.e. post should be shown when submit).
4. comment and reply will be there and also appear after submit.
5. Which asp.net controls are better for forum.
6. how to save data and show that data asynchronously.
7. any other suggestion for forum if any one have already done forum website.


IF any one have sample then share it .

This thread has been answered many years ago. Adding your solution to old and resolved threads like this is considered to be thread-jacking. Replying to very old threads (aka Necro-Posting) is discouraged on the forums as it moves those old threads ahead of the sites more recent threads.

Most of the people asking questions today very much do care what's recent. They are looking for help now. Most answerers look at the recent activity listings to see who needs help. If current questions are pushed down the list because old threads (many of which have been resolved) are reactivated, it makes it more difficult for new questions to be noticed.

While this site acts as a very useful reference tool, that's not its primary purpose. It's to provide help to people who need it now.
