Download requires registering yourself to the site which I don't think anyone here will do.

But in the download link they clearly mention the installation procedure -
The trial version download is a ZIP file that contains a .Net 1.1 compiled version of strongly named assembly Winista.PrintLib.dll. Unzip the file in a folder. And then add reference to this assembly in your project where you want to use it. The namespace for the assembly is Winista.Reporting.Printing

In that case, try downloading it again. And if you experience the same issue, report the problem on there website. They have a contact us page - http://www.netomatix.com/ContactUs.aspx
Send them the message and I am sure they will respond back. But before that try downloading it once again and see if that works.

There will be a dll file in the download. Considering you are using Visual Studio - In your ASP.NET project, open the solution explorer, right click on the project, there is an option called "Add Reference". Click that, then select browse and point to the downloaded dll and select ok.
