which one to choose?

my database has around 20 users and is going to be small as of now. i want to know which dbms to use. i have both access and ms sql server 2005 licensed copies. which one should i go for between these two. however the size of database is going to increase in a year or so, but the users may not increase by the same magnitude.

2.No of transaction.
3.Cost
4.Load on database.
5.No of simultaneous user.
6.Reliability
7.Robustness
8.Feature supported by database.
